Cancellation

You can cancel a ready-poshak order any time before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Custom-stitched orders can be cancelled free of charge until you approve the design. Once stitching has begun, they cannot be cancelled.

Size exchange

If a ready poshak does not fit your Thakurji, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The poshak must be unused, with tags and original packing intact.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-stitched and made-to-measure poshaks.
• Items that have been offered in seva, washed or altered.
• Sale items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
